Prospect Camp

June 30 - July 2
Resident Camper: $400
Day Camper: $330

This camp is designed for wrestlers looking to wrestle at the next level. Campers will get hands on experience directly with the App State coaching staff and wrestlers. This camp will include technique, drilling, live wrestling, nutrition education, strength training and a campus tour. Campers will get the opportunity to showcase their talents to the coaching staff.

Team Camp #1

June 26-29
Resident Camper: $395
Day Camper: $295

This camp is offered for both teams & individuals who desire to learn and improve skills, while gaining some competitive experience. Campers will get 8 instructional sessions and 8 dual matches in this four day camp. Optional individual tournament will be held on the last day of camp.

*Team discounts offered if teams are registered and paid by May 31, 2022

  • 10-14 campers registered = $25 off per wrestler

  • 15 or more registered = $30 off per wrestler

​

Individuals are also welcome to attend this camp and will be placed on a team for competition.

 

Accommodations: All resident campers will be staying in air conditioned dorms.  


Check In: Team & Individual check-in will take place between 12-4pm on Sunday, June 26th

Intensive Camp

July 7-14
Resident Camper: $800

This camp is designed for ages 15 years and older with a minimum of 3+ years of experience. Wrestlers who sign up for this camp should desire to experience collegiate wrestling type training. Campers must be ready for intensive activity and drilling when they come to camp. Campers will get 10-15 live matches along with learning how to drill and train like college wrestlers. Beginning wrestlers are discouraged from attending the camp due to the intensity of the session workouts.

Youth Wrestling Camp

June 20-24
Day Camper Only: $200

This camp is designed for youth wrestlers ages 7 to 12 years old. Wrestlers will develop fundamental wrestling skills that will help them be successful as they gain experience in the sport of wrestling. This camp is a day camp only, and all campers will be required to bring a lunch for each day of camp.
